Saying Goodbye

My dear Aunt Nina Lilly passed away last night. I am going back to being a little girls and playing at her house. She and my mother cooking in her tiny kitchen , laughing. Her big white O'Keeffe stove, pots all over it as we made Tamales for Christmas. So many years even as adults we would drag all the kids home to Ninas for those parties with the family. I will miss her laugh, her smile, her love. Sleep well Nina
