Hi Jane I joined a group of quilters' on the internet. I was wondering if one of your patterns is in retirement mode? That is Cooped Up. One lady - bless her - after posting a gorgeous picture of a quilt she had finished had requests for the pattern. In her naivety she put up a pic of one of the chooks in the pattern, though she is now being vilified on the feed about doing so. I understand copyright says not to copy someone's pattern for resale - she has only posted a photocopy of a chook. Is this allowable by you? I would love to write to her and say not to get too upset with these quite rude peeps Thank you - Loving your patterns and trying to locate a copy of your Talking Faces(skeletons) here in Australia - maybe I'll have to order a few copies to sell in my shop through your publishing co :) best regards Dee
From my studio to the travels of a Quilter. Come join me as I........
Read, Write and Dream.
In 1977 I was introduced to the quilting world by my friend's mother Ellen. I loved the thought of painting with fabric. So I rushed down to the local dime store T,G & Y. And brought my thirty nine cent polyester fabric, three inch batting ( children freeze in California) and flannel backing and proceeded to make my first quilt. As you can imagine a giant flourescent waffle appeared. She then suggested I take a class. At the local adult school I took my first sample class.
In 1996 I began designing quilt patterns for you to enjoy. And in 1997 we started 1/4 Inch Publishing and published my first book "The Tortilla Quilt"

Hi, Jane. Any updates on the Cross My Heart pattern?
